Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with what you bought on SYMPLi, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. If you do not fulfill this obligation in the time frame, your order will be deemed non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are accounted for by the customer, we do not offer prepaid return labels (Prior to ordering verify you are confident in your order to avoid return shipping costs)
  • We do not offer exchanges for other products, colours, or sizes. You can place a new order for the product, colour or size you require.

Returning Your Order

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. They must be in all of the original packaging (If items arrive to our warehouse missing any of the original packaging you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee)
  • Upon arrival and inspection of your returned items, if products are damaged, missing parts/accessories or altered in anyway, your return will be denied and shipped back to you within 5-9 business days
  • On occasion, you may be subject to duties and taxes, which are charges accounted for by the customer. It's important to note that these fees are imposed by your local customs office and not by SYMPLi. As a result, we do not collect any of these fees. SYMPLi can only refund the amount paid for the goods purchased. Therefore, if you choose to return your order, we will refund the order value, excluding shipping costs. For refunds on duties and taxes, you will need to contact your customs office directly.

I Received Wrong or Damaged Product

If an order arrives in the wrong size/color, damaged, wrong product, please contact our support team within 30 calendar days of your delivery date to infoshopsympli@gmail.com with your order # and we will get this sorted for you ASAP. If you do not fulfill this obligation in the time frame, the products in the order will be deemed non-replaceable.

I Didn't Receive My Order?

  • We have partnered with Trustway Package Protection for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. This insurance can be added to your order on the cart page. If you would like to find out more about Trustway Package Protection, please click HERE
  • If you did not add Trustway Package Protection to your order and you have encountered lost, stolen, or damaged product, please contact us ASAP so we can initiate an investigation request with the shipping carrier.

NOTE: We are not accountable for any lost or stolen items. These matters are handled and taken up by the shipping carriers who are responsible for delivering the packages.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up back onto your form of payment

Items marked Final Sale will not be available for refund, return or exchange.
